Cynthia and Michael Bowers are everything you want from a realtor. I will not use any other realtor but them to buy or sell. They go above and beyond what normal realtors go. Selling a home while out of state in the Military can be stressful, but Michael and Cynthia made it easy. They coordinated everything, even going so far as to pickup items left behind when I was not able to retrieve. Michael and Cynthia Bowers are truly the best at what they do. I bought my home with them while living out of state. They made the process super easy for me. The communication was outstanding throughout the entire buying process. I was not able to make it into town for a few weeks after my closing date. Michael was able to attend the final walkthrough and make sure my interest was well represented. Whenever I needed to talk to the Bowers Team, my call was answered right away. There are a lot of realtors in the area, but none of them will work as hard as the Bowers to take care of their client. I would give him 10 stars if I could. Michael is extremely energetic and knowledgeable. He transacts so many sales and purchases in Palmer Ranch that he has extremely valuable knowledge of changes to the market and the most accurate price points. Because he does so much business in Palmer Ranch, he was able to get contractors to fit me in, even when they were booked solid for several weeks. Because Cynthia was recovering from a health issue at the time, most of my dealings were with her husband Michael, but I know she exhibits the same servant's heart as he does.
